How the work is structured

Directions of practice: Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, Body-Oriented Therapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

The work takes place mainly in the Gestalt approach — a method based on a holistic view of a person, connecting emotional, bodily, and intellectual origins — using EMDR methods, psychoanalytic methods and body-oriented therapy methods. Carefully and attentively we explore your way of handling your life, your feelings, relationships with people, as well as your ways of making certain choices.

This kind of work gives support, depth, warmth, and the opportunity to get to know yourself, to find out the real you. It opens the opportunity to live openly and sincerely, gaining inner freedom, fulfillment, integrity, and meaning. During the sessions, you will see and understand the causes of your problems yourself — there will be a deep understanding of yourself, your feelings, true desires, and needs. Your life will become more conscious and of better quality.
